What documents are required for buying or selling?
It depends on the property, but usually the sale / title deed, approved building plans or authority approval, recent property tax receipts and ID proofs of both parties. For your specific case, ask our team.
How do I contact a seller or buyer?
Open the property and use Chat to message the owner, or Call Now to see their number (you need to be logged in to call).
How do I schedule a property visit?
Message or call the owner from the property page to fix a time, or share your requirement and our team will help arrange it.
